BuSInesses should hire employees for their entire LIVES(.) Personally I do not agree with this statEment because when A person becomeS old he or she IS not able to CONTINUE with their quality work, due to some physical and mental disability. However, when PEOPLE BECOME oldER they need somebody to take care of them. THEREFORE, I am not supporting THE above statEment. To hold my opinion I am going to discuss some points below.
First of all, our PRESENT generation ARE QUEUEING FOR JOBS. If there is no retirement plan, how will THE youngER generation get A job(?) There are less number of jobs as compared to THE number of people seeking jobS. So if oldER people do nOt retire there will be EVEN more scarcity of jobS. For example, in a family(,) IF A grand-father and father ARE already in jobS, there will BE hardship for their grandchild to get A job.This will hamper THE growth of THE new generation. There are chances that they will get distracted from their path, due to frustration. Indeed, it is not A great idea to hire somebody for their entire life.
That IS not the only problem(.) There are some more(.) As we know(,) our working style, type of business(,) AND almost (everything) changes FROM time to time(.) It is never same as before. According to that, our working team should be updated. Otherwise we WILL never get profit from bUSINESS. To maintain profit, quality, market reputation, we need THE youngER generation, because they are more enthusiastic, always come up with new ideas, which really helps companies.
In my opinion, there should be A LOWER retiring age to give MORE chanceS to THE youngER generation, who can bring new pERspective and energy to the company. There should be some rEtirement benEfits, so THAT after retirement(,) people can live their LIVES worry free. |
