When it comes to teachers, we can divdie them in to into two big catagories. A teacher with humor and a teacher who is strcit. When it comes to teachers, there are two types; those who are humorous and those who are strict. There are both postive and negative sides of both types. teachers. I, however, belive that the teacher with humor can lead the class more effectively. Teacher being humorous creates, hamonious enviroment, and it truly brings everything out of students. When approachable teachers create a hamonious environment and they truly bring everything out of the students.
First of all, we would all agree, that the enviroment we study plays a crucial role in efficiency. That being said, the key factor of envrioment in the classroom itself is the teacher. Once we enter the classroom we automatically adjust to the class's atomosphere. For example, humrous teacher would change the envrioment of the class room, and make it easier for the students to focus. where it is eaiser for students to focus. I personally, had most difficulties difficult time during the class right after lunch time. It was very hard to listen to the class and solve problems. Luckly, I had a humorous teacher who understood this situaton and always started the class with a humorous story. This way, I was able to learn more and more effiecntly. If it had been a strict teacher, I would of have had a more difficult time learning.
Secondly, In order to teach effectively, teachers must be able to bring out the full potential of each student. This may not sound hard,so easy, but one of the best way I believe to achieve this is the to get them involved. When students are participating in class or to group activity, they tend to give put more effort than when being told what to do.
Let me tell you my personal experience. I still remember how I first learned to do math in kindergarden. I still remember my teacher making me come up to in front of the class and asking me questions. I was indeed scared but my teacher was making jokes, and smiling smileing. I was able to answer questons I thought I couldn't answer at that moment, and it gave me confedence even though I have answered some of them wrong. Personally, it gave me a chance to bring out my full ability at the time.
In conclusion. It is debateable to decide which one quality of a teacher is more effective between strictness and humorous, but drawing conclusion from my personal experience. However, I belive that the humoros teachers are more effective in many ways, such as keeping students attention and giving giveing them confindence. Even if I had a choice of going back to the past to change my teacher, I would still pick my humorous teacher.
