There is nothing for free. To gain something, we must pay for it. Recently, a company has announced that it wants to build a large factory near my community. I totally agree with their choice, because of the progress of our community's idustry and the profits from the company.
Firstly, there will be great industrial advance in our communty due to the new factory. Many experts and employee will be crowded to our neighborhood, so commecial profits and activation of sociedy are also expected. Futhermore, increase of popularity itself is a huge strong point of our community.
Secondly, the company will pay for the permission to our community in various ways. For example, they can give us a greenzone for the people worrying about the air pollution cause by the factory, and kindergarden for employees who have children. Surely, we must require these things to the company, and we can. If there more things we can gain than we lost, isn't it natural that we choose it? It is matter of how we can get from the company.
Consequently, in my opinion, there's more benefits than weakness in building factory. Nonetheless some inconveniences are exists, we can handle it by our trials to develop our community. And most of trivial weakness are covered by the strong benefits above.
