Although most some people would fervently agree want the government to build a new university at their placesin my town, they should be aware that there are also unexpected consequences of establishing a new university. the problem.
Admittedly, there being a new university, local income of the town can be increased. If there were a university, there would be numerous students who would spend much money in our my town. Bookstores, restaurants, and pubs can earn great money, which may be greatly beneficial to our town. In addition, lots of residents can be benefitted from attending several academic programs that the university would offer.s for them. For example, In my university, there aremy university offers many computer related lectures and English classes which are served to people who live near the university for free. Such educational programs will enhance serve the residents' intellectual abilitiesneeds. However, such points are merely a part of the problem.[J5] On account of emerging a new university in our my community, much noise and trash would be created and it may disturb our people’s lives in my community. Even most of the people who visit our town because of the university are morally proper, such uncomfortable factors are inevitably produced.[J6] There are always great amount of waste near my university, and the residents always complain about the waste such things. Moreover, emerging several pubs and entertainment-based facilities may cause serious problem on children's education. Now, that the childhood is the era at which children are full of curiosity, such entertainment-based facilities are deleterious bait for them.[J7] Thus, people should notice that there can be several disadvantages if a university is constructed in our their towns.
Overall, it is not easy to determine whether it is profitable to build a university in our town or not in general. Therefore, the policy[J8] should be considered after scrutinizing the circumstances of our my places; accepting the policy to build a university will be one of good ideas if a town is suffering from serious economical depression, while it should be abandoned in the case that great many children live in a the place.
