People can choose between eating at restaurants and at home. Lately, some people tend to eat out because of its convenience and diverse options. However, in my perspective, preparing and eating at home would be a better choice in terms of not only the nutrition but the emotion. First, the nutrition is essential for our health. Most of all, the nourishment is one of the purposes that we eat foods. In other words, it is important to obtain nutritive substances evenly with the smallest destruction through the proper way to cook at home. It is hard to believe perfectly how much the chef considers a freshness of materials and makes his/her effort to sustain its own nutrient. For example, in the "Good Morning Happy Food", one of the famous television programs in Korea, it was revealed that many restaurants of famous hotels had used old stuffs and there were unhealthy ingredients in their foods. Thus, to keep body healthy, it is better to take food at home.
Secondly, the emotion when we make and eat foods is one of important parts for our life. There is a word: "cooking is good therapy" Through the course of cooking with other people, they are able to have a chance to make their relationship stronger. Moreover a food with love and heart has a power to cheer up. In conclusion, not only can preparing and eating at home offer trustworthy nutrition, but it allows plentiful emotion.
