▶ Your Answer :
These
days, many students go to academy like Math or English. Also, when the exam period is near, children are nervous and
spend time in class and academy. So, I disagree that A teacher’s earnings should be based on his or her students’ performance.
First, each child has a different character. Some
of the kids are very smart, and the teacher tells them what to do, and some of
them don't. For example, there must be children who need a lot of help and need
a lot of time because they understand the content repeatedly. So, it seems that
it is wrong to judge a teacher's performance by the children's grades or
results. Each child has different time requirements and
different pace of understanding classes. For example, in my case, When I was in
school, I was a kid who worked hard and organized the lessons well. However, I
was envious when I saw friends who do it quickly and memorized it and studied
it again and again.
Second,
it makes teachers compete. Teachers must
support, help, and cooperate with each other, but they compete because of the
payment of performance. Children must take the same standardized test, but this
is very difficult when teachers compete with each. Children will not be fair
either. For instance, I have seen such a case in a school. There was a
school that paid for its performance, but the situation at the school showed
that the children were unhappy, and the teachers did not get along with each
other.
In
conclusion, I disagree that A
teacher’s earnings
should be based on his or her students’ performance.
For two reasons, each
child has a different character and it makes teachers compete. So, I think It
seems bad that teachers' income should be based on students' grades. |
