▶ Your Answer : Some
people think that being at work is more important than spending time with your
family. However, I believe that spending time with family is more important
because family is a place where you can refresh yourself and because of that,
you can enhance your working ability.
To
begin with, a family is a place where you can refresh yourself. It is true that
being at work is an important factor in order to maintain economic sustenance,
but what if there is no place to go back and take a break? Of course, there are
many other entertainments and amusements to help us out of our stresses from
work, but human beings fundamentally desire affections from sincere
relationships. It is through these relationships we get restored and thrive on.
In my case, my wife back at home gives me pleasure that no one and nowhere can
provide. Her welcome after a hard day always gives me a thankful heart and a
comfortable mind. During dinner we talk over the things we went through the day
and we play jokes and be cheerful. She is the fundamental energy which enables
me to carry on.
On
top of that, through these refreshments we are able to enhance our working abilities.
It is because such refreshed mind and body are able to think more clearly and
unlimitedly. Back to my case, I am currently working in the Marine Corps as an intellectual
officer who is mainly in charge of the security of my battalion. I always have
an annual security inspection from the division’s security department and this
year I was able to receive second best security-keeping battalion of the year. I
believe this was all possible mainly because of the support my wife gives me. She
always listens to my problems and understand the hardships I go during the day
which really alleviates the stress I take. As an outcome, the refreshed and
comforted mind and body lead me into making better progress and I was able to receive
such an honorable prize.
To
sum up, spending more time with your family gives you refreshment and
contributes to better progress in your working ability. In this regard, I
believe that spending time with family is more important than being at work. |
