As far as I am concerned, I believe that it is no exaggeration to say that
exercising is the most efficient way to improve our health because people can
improve both physical and mental health.
First of all, exercise is highly efficient at improving our physical strength. The benefits are numerous. A healthy body as a result of exercise is the best course to protect oneself from falling ill. This means that we will be less prone to diseases, capable of resisting even serious illnesses. To be more specific, according to research from KMU, 75% of people categorized as obese were able to lower their risk of heart attacks precisely because their cardiac muscles were strong enough to overcome a possible case of heart attack. Their strong cardiac muscles was the result of exercising. The same study also stated how compared to exercising, people who changed their diet did not see as notable of a decrease in risk of heart disease. Additionally, exercising has other benefits, such as improving our immune system and building a stronger foundation. This will enable our bodies to fight off common flu and remain health for the foreseeable future.

maintain people’s mental health. Having a positive attitude is extremely
important for us since it gives us more energy in our lives. This could be

happy and think positive. Moreover, the same article mentioned that people
thought reducing stress could help to improve mental health, but it ended up

not create endorphin. Therefore, exercising is the best way to improve our
mental health because the happy hormone is highly produced especially when people perform aerobic exercise such as walking or running.
