▶ Your Answer : There might be some people who believe that working with others is more important, today. However, in my opinion, cooperating with others, these days, is less crucial for the following two subsequent reasons.
To begin with, people of modern society is busy. As modern society is becoming specialized and complex, today's job markets require job seeker to be professoinal. Thus, many people have no time to share with their opinions due to the fact that they have to develop their skills. For example, there was a poll conducted by the Ministry of Education with 200 college students as respondents. The survey was to understand the consensus view about whether teamwork is necessary or not, these days. The majority of respondents responded that these days, working in a group was not important because they spent most of their time developing their abilities and thet did not enough time to share opinions with others. This survey shows that working with others is not a essential factor of modern society.
On top of that, people do not need to work with others thanks to the invention of technology. Machines such as computer or smart phones have easily access to a lot of information. Therefore, people do not communicate with others because machines are equipped with many functions that help people do work accurately and effectively. For instance, there was a study conducted by Seoul University in Korea. One group was made up of students who did projects with computer, and thede up ogroup consisted of students who did same projects with group members. The researcher found that the former got better score on projects than the latter. This was because the first group was able to search information they need precisely and easily through use of the computer. This study demonstrates that helping each other is less important in today's society. To sum up, people these days are busy and technology has developed. In this regard, I strongly believe that working with others in today's society is less important than the past.
