Undoubtedly, Relaxing plays a significant
role in people’s daily lives in many of the places where they work or play.
Some people think that it is better to relax through watching movie and reading
books than doing exercise, while others do not. Both sides may have their own
reasons to support their views. If I were asked to choose one, I would say that
doing exercise is better than watching movies and reading books for relax. There
are several reasons as follows.
When people doing exercise, they can
relieve their stress and feel relaxed or widen their social networks. It gives
them more chances to socialize with others by getting to know and understand
each other while spending more time with them while talking about their health.
Being with people others tends to prevent them from feeling lonely in today’s cynical
society. For instance, when my sister was in high school, she often felt
depressed, thinking that her life became an exhausting routine. It was
difficult to make friends she could rely on since all of them seemed busy and
indifferent to others, treating each other as rivals. For these reasons, in order
to alleviate this feeling of loneliness, she saw Romance movie which she likes
and read novel like HARRY PORTER but it was temporary. Fortunately, she was
able to get over her feeling of loneliness by joining running crew that operated
by school. Running two times per every week with others, she was able to relate
to other schoolmates. She was able to seek for advice and obtain words of
comfort about health and feeling simply by spending more time with them. By
doing this, she was able to connect with them more easily and promote their relationships.
If she had not entered a running crew, she would not have been escape from her
lonely life.
In brief, I strongly believe that the advantages of
doing exercise for relax far outweigh those of watching movie and reading books
for the reasons I have mentioned above. All in all, the importance of doing exercise
cannot be overestimated in life |
