▶ Your Answer :
There has been an ongoing controversy over
whether most experiences in our lives that seem difficult at the time become
valuable lessons for the future. This is an intriguing question because opinions
concerning this issue can be different depending on people’s perspectives. In
my opinion, however, I support that personal experiences have positive effects
on our future for the following reasons.
First
of all, tough and hard experiences are beneficial because they accompany an
educational process. In other words, struggling with difficult questions lets
people constantly think and consider about them, which as a result allows
people to gain a valuable information, stay ahead, and attain personal growth.
People need to be educated throughout their lives because education is the most
powerful weapon that they can use to change the world as well as their own
lives. For example, when I was a high school student, I was always stressed out
due to advanced math questions that I needed to solve out as my daily homework.
Several years after I attended a math class in college and since I had been already
fully trained with solving hard questions, I didn’t had a hard time following
the lecture. Through this experience, I realized that dealing with difficult
questions play a vital role in my future.
In
addition, suffering hard times is helpful in a long term because it allows
people to broaden their perspectives. To be specific, in order to find
solutions out of difficulties people try to talk to many different people and
share their ideas, which as a result allows them to better understand other
cultures, lifestyles, and perspectives. As modern society is becoming
increasingly globalized, today’s world requires people with international
views. People can do this by consistently making an effort to meet new people
and share their thoughts. For example, Steve Jobs, who is the founder of Apple,
made great accomplishments in his lifetime. I read online he was very
successful because he was global-minded and culturally sensitive. Whenever he
faces the challenges, he met people from various areas such as arts, economics,
biology, and history. He liked to take advice from those people and thus could
wisely solve the problems. Therefore, this proves that having a hard time in
our life is advantageous for the future.
In
conclusion, I firmly believe that people should bear the difficulties that they
experience during their lives for the better future. All things considered, it
is my belief that my argument has been effectively and precisely delivered for
the reasons mentioned above. Never should we forget that this issue may have a
huge impact on our future.
