▶ Your Answer : Some people think that an organized person is more likely to succeed. However, in my opinion, I believe that it is not necessary to be an organized person to succeed. This is because the most important thing to succeed is growing your own ability, not the organizing skill.
To begin with, people who want to succeed don't need to be good at organizing. Rather, they must have ability to stand out by others. In this competitive society, people should get at least one specialized skill related to their field. Even though you got an amazing cleaning skill, no companies would show any interest to you if you do not have a great specification related to the job such as grade, volunteer work, and internship experience. This means that there is no direct connection between organizing skill and succeeding. Suppose that there is a person who enjoys cleaning everyday, but does not have any standing out strength in one field. Would it be possible for the person to make a lot of money and finally succeed in the future? The answer would be no. The only way to succeed is to grow one's own ability to achieve the goal and succeed.
For instance, I have one friend who is quiet lazy but talented in the piano. As the closest friend of her, I know that her room is always filled with trashes and has a dirty smell because she dislikes to clean up the room. However, the fact that she is lazy and has dirty room never affected her work negatively. It is obvious that while she is doing performances and playing the piano, people do not care whether her room is clean or not. This anecdote demonstrates that it is what ability you have in specific field, not the fact whether you loves to clean, that makes you succeed.
To sum up, people who want to succeed in their life do not need the organizing skill. In this regard, I disagrees with the statement that an organized person is more likely to succeed. |
