▶ Your Answer :
There are
many people who believe that success is not related to a room’s status.
However, I firmly argue that people who have neat rooms accomplish more success
than others who do not care about their rooms. This is because they have higher
efficiency in work or study and good qualities of results.
To begin
with, organizing their own belongings means they can find what they need
swiftly. This makes the difference from others who need more time to search for
their needs. For example, there was a survey conducted by the Korean Times that
investigated common features of people who were elites in schools and become
successful in society. The major common of them was they have habits to
arrange their stuff. The reason was mainly concerned with the fact that by
tidying up their rooms, they felt more encouragement to study and work more.
Additionally, it helps to organize their thoughts such as what they have to do and what
the sequence of the tasks will be. Therefore, they could complete their study
and work in a short time while others tried to figure out what they have to do
at the same time. This survey proves that many people who used to clean up
their rooms do their business efficiently because the status of the rooms can help
them have clear to-do lists and complete their works quickly. If students have
the same practice, they have more possibilities for achieving greater success.
On top of
that, having clean rooms represents getting better results. People who used to
make their rooms neatly do not postpone their business. For example, there is
an interview with Austin John who got the Nobel Prize. In the interview, one of
the reasons he got the prize was that he tries to finish his work as soon as
possible. To be specific, he describes that when he was young, he always messed
his room and was lazy. One day, his mother said the first step to success is to
organize the room because it brings diligence. He knew that he had to be
changed so began to try to clean up his room. It was bothered but he endured
and tried continuously. After having the habit to stay his room neatly, he
figured out that the ratio of delaying his study was reduced. The decreased
proportion to postpone helped him to find mistakes on reports and other
assignments before deadlines. This made his outcome get higher accuracy, which has
connected to his successful life. According to his interview, when students used
to clean up their rooms first, the frequency of mistakes will be decreased and
their results will have more preferable. These are the major factors for succeeding in society.
For these
subsequent reasons, getting more efficiency and better results, I can assert in
confidence that students who have clean rooms will bring greater success than
others who have messy ones. |
