▶ Your Answer :
Undoubtedly, ensuring to country’s
prosperity and success plays a significant role in establishing the policies of
a country’s leaders. Some people think that lowering food prices or providing a
cheaper house is the most important for making a country’s prosper, while
others do not. Both sides have their own reasons to support their views. If I
were asked to choose one, I would say that making jobs for unemployed workers
is the best option for guaranteeing the prosperity of a country. There are
several reasons as follows.
To begin
with, people can earn money when they are employed. People can buy things which
are necessary for their livings such as food and a house. It means creating
jobs for unemployed people can cover the other options which are making food
prices cheaper and offering a house cheaply. For example, one of my friends got
a job after he graduated his college. He did not have enough money for eating
what he wanted. However, he has worked in a constructive company and earned a
lot of money. To be specific, he went on a business trip to Saudi Arabia and
Chile several times and received a lot of incentives. Eventually, he bought an
apartment in Seoul which is known for its high price of apartments. Without his
job, he would have not still been able to buy the food which he wants to eat
and an apartment in his city.
Moreover,
people are happy when they have jobs to work. For keeping the success of a
country, happiness is also one of the most important factors. Being employed
can make people satisfied and it is related to the prosperity of a country. For
example, my grandfather was a teacher and he retired now. After retirement, he
started to play Go with grandfathers living in his town. He enjoyed his new
life at first but soon felt bored. Initially, he did not realize what makes him
unhappy and considered it. His conclusion was being unemployed, and he started
to find a job. After all, he got a part job working in a convenience store.
Since he has work to go, his life has made him regular. Also, he has made money
for his own expense. These two things help him be happy and energetic and his
satisfaction with his life has improved. If he still does not have a job, he
would have still felt unhappy.
In brief, I
strongly believe that the advantages of making jobs for unemployed people far
outweigh those of reducing food prices or offering a cheaper house for the
reasons that I have mentioned above. All in all, offering jobs for unemployed
workers cannot be overestimated in the success of a country. |
