▶ Your Answer : It
has great importance to discuss whether to wait for a secure job or not. In
modern society employment is the most important matter among 20s, thus this
question might be controversial. Both may have their own reasons to support
their views.. If I were asked to choose one, I would choose to take the secure
job right away. The following are the reasons why I think so. Primarily,
having secure job brings economic, social benefit to employee than just waiting
for the uncertain goal. This is due to the fact that when someone gets a job,
it means an incline of social, economical status of oneself. For example, one
of my close friends recently employed to a company as a regular worker although
it wasn’t her dream job. But she satisfied with it and decided not to seek for
a job anymore. As she became employed, she got economically affordable and many
people look up to her since she became a decent person with a stable job. She nowadays
often thinks that she made a wise decision to take the opportunity at present
when remembering the time she was looking for a job. This demonstrates that one
should seize the chance that is guaranteed since this brings immediate fortune.
Secondly,
the possibility that satisfying job won’t be really satisfying cannot be
ignored. Everything that we haven’t experienced of our own can’t be 100% sure
whether this will be desirable or not. For my personal experience, before I
entered university, I thought the major I decided would perfectly fit for my
academic appetite. However, it was considerably different to what I used to
think. I expected to learn more about International Relations in the university
but truth is university is more directed to practical learning than academic
one. Similarly, what if someone finds hundreds of problem at the job that she
waited for while giving up the secure job? The result will be devastating for
herself for sure. As this indicates, rather than waiting for a uncertain
vision, taking the secure chance will be more beneficial.
In
conclusion, I strongly assert that taking a opportunity which someone possess
is more preferable than loosing it to attain uncertain goal. |
