best way to make them healthier. However, in my opinion, doing exercise regularly
is the most effective way to become healthier. The reasons are that exercising
is good for the body and also makes people's life balanced.
To
begin with, exercising plays an important role in promoting people' physical
health. That is, people can reap numerous health benefits from participating in
exercise regularly. This is very important in today's society because more and
more people are becoming unhealthy due to their sedentary lifestyle. For example,
my cousin used to sit in front of the computer all day and never did any
physical work. Inevitably, he gained a lot of weight and began developing
health problems. However, he decided to join a tennis club and began to play
three times a week. Before long, he lost most of the weight he had gained and
felt much better. If he had not played tennis regularly, he would have been
still experiencing health problems.
On
top of that, doing exercise regularly helps people maintain stable life. Since
doing physical activities continuously, such as playing sports or going hiking,
makes people's metabolic rate stable, and it will have a much greater positive
impact on their body. A study conducted by a professor from the University of
Texas is a good example of this. The researchers tracked the exercising habits
of 200 college students. What they found was that students who joined sports
club and did exercise for a few hours every week scored better on health tests
than students who did not. The reason is that their persistent activities
helped their body become balanced, so they could suppress their bad feelings
well and it benefited to their body positively.
To
sum up, doing exercise regularly is a good way for people to promote their
health and helps their life do not fluctuate easily. In this regard, I strongly
believe that it is preferable for people to participate in physical activities
regularly.
