Some people argue that
companies should assess candidates (what candidates? 무슨 후보들을 말하는거죠? 명시해 주세요.) with a value provided by it (마찬가지로 it이 무엇을 말하는거죠?) when they gather new workers. However, in my opinion,
people in charge of recruitment should appraise applicants with their recent
occupation, (두 문장을 합쳐주세요) since companies can save
money for teaching and get more gainful productive
workers.
First of all, executives
of the companies can spare expenses for
teaching new employees. By hiring people adroit at work, a company does not need to cost time and money to
render new or unskillful worker into proficient ones. According to a research conducted by MBC, one of the broadcast stations in Korea, a company can save a great amount of cost and time, if
it recruits employees based on their the latest work. At the same
time, it can pay attention to only in business.
To On top of that, by giving
a workplace to skillful people, it could earn more gain. Generally,
there is much possibility that adept workers
make more revenue than less skillful ones or ‘green hands’. Since the former have has
lots of experience at the field, they know how
to deal with problems or how to work in an efficient
way. For example, when I looked for a part-time
job, I submitted a resume to a company which was in the same area that I had
worked in. When I had an interview, the employers asked some questions, and I
could well and properly answer them based on my experience. Naturally, I
grabbed an opportunity.
To sum up, corporations
which pursuits profit could shun the extra cost by affording giving jobs to experienced workers and get more
lucrative one. In this regard, I strongly believed that companies should employ people grounded on their newest job.
