Opinions might be divided over whether it is more important to be happy with a job than to have a high salary. 없애시고 시작하시는게 더 좋습니다 -> People from different walks of life may take different stances on this issue. Personally, I believe that feeling happy with a job is more desirable rather than just getting a high salary. (끊어주시구요) There are two reasons that could validate Here are some examples to better understand my opinion.
First, I would like to make is that the money cannot buy happiness. Although some people can retain lots of money that other people cannot even dream of, it could also mean that they have lots of works for that money. In addition, it is easy for people who are overwhelmed by unfavored tasks to feel stress. After all, this follow their misfortune. After that, they can get stressed out too much from the huge amout of works. A study by an employment institute shows that almost the half of respondents say that Accroding to the statistics, almost half of the respondents regret to enter a large company for a high salary. Moreover, more than 80% of the respondents are under serious amount of stresses from excessive tasks. This clearly indicates that pursuing only high returns does not ensure a sense of your happiness.

Another compelling reason is that people will have a lot of chances to success more if they enjoying their task. There is a famous saying that a talented person cannot beat a hard-working person and a hard-working person cannot beat a passionate person. That is because the more people enjoy work, the more they feel motivate. This result in their success in their field. My best friend in my university, Eugene is a good case in point. His major was an economics, but he always attended classes related to cook and food as an elective. He loved cooking food and sometimes invited me to his home and serve food for me. At first, his food was horrible. However, as time goes by, his cooking ability was appreciably improved and he transferred the department of cooking. After a few year, he opened a restaurant and his enterprise was very successful. In this regard, when selecting a job, people have to consider their preference.
All in all, because of the reasons mentioned above, I firmly believe that happiness is given top priority over any other factor when people choose their jobs. |
