It is often said
that people has to concentrate on one thing to make an accomplishment. It is
partly true that most of the people who succeed achieve success are
seem to be preoccupied with what they do at work. In my opinion, however, 1. I

idea that people should relax themselves by doing hobbies or physical
activities which are different from what they usually do at work)
First of all,
taking time to relax with something gives us joy in our life. Having a hobby or
learning sports is a great way to blow out stresses from work. For me As for me, fishing is the best way a great way to spend my pastime. It helps me not only release by blow out stresses but also I can get some insights through meditation while
fishing.
As for second,
taking a rest from time to time makes us refresh ourselves and prepared with
working not only gives us
joy but also it make our mind prepared for work. As for me The
effectiveness of work could be highly
increased increases after taking breaks especially when I
stuck or face with problems. Getting fresh air or having tea tends to
give me new ideas or energy to solve difficult problems. Our mind is not
machinery which is able to work all the time. (We cannot concentrate on one
thing for a long time because our ability of concentration has limitation.)
According to the well known studies, informs us that
the an average hours that
people can concentrate last concentrations of average people are lasts no longer than 50 minutes. Educational programs such as
public education or university education, which usually breaks 10 minutes after
50 minutes lecture, reflects the studies.
For
these reasons I insist that it is helpful to take time with hobbies or physical
activities that are very different from what they do at work. Sometimes,
stepping back for a while gives us a progress.
