▶ Your Answer :
An intriguing topic of discussion at
hand is whether renewable sources of energy will soon replace fossil fuels. The
answer to this question can vary greatly, depending on the individual
perspectives. Thus, the jury may still be out. But, as far as I am
concerned, I agree with the statement. In this essay, I will present two
reasons supporting my standpoint as follows.
First of all, as renewable resources technology that many prominent
scientists are struggling to study is actively developing, the economical enonomical value of the sustainable energy will increase/skyrocket on
a large scale. This is because people are worried about greenhouse gas
pollution. Thus, people are reluctant to use fossil fuels. For instance, according
to a study of the Korea Research Reasearch
Institute, 65% of people who attended the poll more valued environmental
factor of new energy greatly rather than its economical factor of that. And they said that they begin to worry about environmental problems due to many environmental campaigns aired on TV, they
begin being worried about environmental problems. This shows that more
people start to regard the environmental factor as the most important factor in developing new
energy technology.
Moreover, we will not be able to use fossil fuels after
they are used up. That is to say, the amount of fossil fuels is not infinite,
so we will not be able to use them forever. However, if we develop
innovative, economical econimical
and sustainable sources of energy such as photonic energy, wind energy,
and tidal energy, then, we will be able to use the energy forever regardless of
the amount of the sources. Also, according to Korea Sustainable Resources
Institute, in 2020, mankind will be able to use photonic energy, with as 75% energy efficiency, which that is higher than that of average fossil fuels. The That fact demonstrates that using the renewable sources of
energy is not only good for our environment, but also absolutely economical.
So, after
that time, most of fossil fuels will be replaced with sustainable energy
sources such as photonic energy, tidal energy and wind energy etc.
In conclusion, I strongly argue for my standpoint on
account of the two reasons mentioned above. Once again, although the verdict
may still be out, I personally believe that two of my rationales are
sufficiently convincing enough to represent the viewpoints of a majority of
people who are in favor of my claim. |
