Primarily We put dialogue on the Fists Place. In history, we experienced a lot of war. most of them is caused by conflict between country. Greed which each country had induced Great war. However, picture is changing. Inner states' conflict, such as political or culture issues, most of all, whether one read Bible or Coran, bring about civil war. Although, this kind of conflict have existed in all history. but, alas, followed by interconnected world, technological advance, This conflict spreads to another country makes the larger turbulence beyond the nation's ability to deal with this conflict alone. After 9/11, diplomat and politicians manage this kind of conflict with military intervention. Sadly, the super power actually didn't good at coping with this violence. the innocent vetteran have been killed than they expected since 2004 when J.W.Bush declared win in Afganistan. Then, what's the problem? they didn't intend to talk to anybody who make up of their own society, and make tranquil state-it seemed- be full of turbulence-no matter who taleban regimn or radical islmist or victim of the civil war. As a result, they didn't know what Afgans want but what G.I. joe want. Before engaging in war, we should have talked to those people who dwell in. of course, unless supported by all diplomats on earth we can rarely talked to those people. We, so, have to dialouge to their groops representate their each value or interests. If conflict within one country is caused by other interest value on many issues embraced by other groops they have, it's-talking to social groops- just common sense. To sum up, we need more profound talk not with only regimn but with regimn, including those other group they have. To jump in to the profound talk, We should embrace different value and put labeling terrorist aside for a while. based on this, we became natural, showing them our will to profound dialouges with them. Second, in diplomatic world, we have frequently overlooked the victim of authoritarianism. our important partners are just the dictators who brutalize their citizens who pursue democratic right. we should turn our eyes into those citizens, based on dialouge with the dictators. Lastly, we should embrace other crucial issues, such as climate change, religious divide, as well as tranditional diplomatic issues. |
