▶ Your Answer :
An intriguing topic at hand is whether letting a friend make a mistake is better than taking action that risks destroying a friendship. The answer tothis question can vary greatly depending on the individual perspectives. Thus, the jury may still be out but as far as I concerned, I disagree with the statement. In this essay I will present two reasons supporting my standpoint as follows.
The first reason for my opinion is that taking action is helped to a friend herself.
Using my experience as an example, when I was a high school student, I was habitually late for school.
That time, my friend who was a my classmate gave me advice, "you must not be late for school."
As a result, I firstly thought that it was very bed behavior. What is more, I started to go to school earlier than before.
If my friend had not gave me this advice, I would late school always.
In this sense, it is quite evident that taking action is better than letting a friend make a mistake.
Another equally important reason is that taking action never causes destroying a friendship.
To be specific, a recent survey conducted by the Korea Times illustrated that as nearly 60 percent of people think that when their friends gave them action about the mistake, they more can be able to build friendship hard.
A more detailed follow-up research revealed that if a friend take action to the mistakes, friends who received the action will appreciate to thier friend.
In this context, there is a justifiable reason I would encourage taking action instead of letting a friend.
In conclusion, I argue for my standpoint on account of the two reasons mentioned above. I personally think that two of my rationals are sufficiently convincing enough to represent the viewpoints of people who are in favor of my claim. |
