According to the lecture listening passage, the professor casts doubts on the advantages of teamwork. Lecturer casts doubts on the reading’s argument that working as a team has lots of advantages (according to~~ 라고 하셨으면 lecture 가 무엇을 이야기했는지를 말씀해주셔야 합니다. Lecture 가 어떤 특정 토픽에 대해 어떤 입장을 보이는지 정도까지 보여주신 뒤, cast doubts on the reading 이런 식으로 쓰시면 좋을 것 같습니다.)
First, professor says that doing works as team teamwork takes longer time than doing individually individual work. Since all team members have different ideas, it is hard to reach agreement. In other words, it is time wasting. This contradicts the part of reading passage where it says that group working is beneficial to find out solutions the merit of teamwork is finding solutions quickly thanks to assembled individual skills.
Second, professor insists that teamwork doesn’t contribute to make creative ideas. Every team has single leader and only the leader expresses his opinion. Others press their ideas and it causes to get a normal idea. (? Others do not express their own ideas or opinions 이런 표현이신가요?) This challenges the part in the reading passage where it says (구성이 너무 비슷합니다. 조금씩 표현법을 바꿔주시는 것도 좋겠습니다. it rebuts reading passage’s argument that~~) that a group has more creative ideas since members combine each of their thoughts/ideas teamwork makes more creative ideas by combining individual ideas.
Thirdly, professor brings up that teamwork has a problem of ‘free rider’. Although all team members have their work, usually there is a lazy person. In spite of his laziness, he gets same score with other team members. This counters the idea in the reading passage (which/) that says (that) all team members take risks and it makes people’s active contribution.
In conclusion, the lecture listening passage is opposed to the reading passage.
전반적으로 대조되는 입장 잘 써주셨습니다. 다만, 양쪽 입장을 보충설명해줄 수 있는 근거들이 약간씩만 더 언급되면 좋을 것 같습니다. 수고하셨습니다~ |
