As far as I am concerned about the main point that raising teacher's salary will contribute increasing quality of education, I agree with it because it will have teacher motivated to do best more in their working and it increases the competition among candidates to be a teacher by leading more attraction for the job. I will give two reason supporting my opinion.
Some people claim that the salary of teachers should be increased because they have relatively important role to educate students. In a word, by increasing salary of teachers, we can expect that it's raise will inspire a kinds of burden for teacher to more fucus on their tasks to off set it's financial award. In this sense, teachers will have strong responsibility on their position. In turn, it might be a true that high quality of education is expected by teacher's passion and these responsibilities
Secondly, increased payment will urge some kinds of competitions among volunteers who want to be a teacher. More talented people who are appropriate for teaching students will have an attention for being a teacher in desire for high payment. The point that I am saying is that relative amount of the money will affect on human resources volunteering being a teacher. And, it will influence on the practical education by providing students with high level classes.
To sum up, I believe that increased payment for a teacher will directly improve the quality of education. From this policy, we can expect that more responsibilities will be charged on the shoulders of teachers and more competitions among volunteers for being a teacher will increase, leading eventually high level classes. For these reasons, I agree with the main point. |
