It is often said that an effective leader tries to make others feel that they have been in part of decision. Some people might disagree with this idea because they think great leaders always make excellent decison. However, I support this opinion for a couple of reasons.
First, I believe that a noble idea comes from a lot of examples. In other word, the more choices there are, the better determination we can. Furthermore, when it comes to much thinking, many people are essential. From my personal experience, when I was a head of Micro economics project team, I had to make a good decision of selecting topic as an representative. It was hard for me because I had no idea, but there are not only a few of my workmates but also much suggestions from them. As a result, we could accomplish the great outcome. This is one of the reasons that I advocate the leader who is hearing others thinking.
In addition, I think that the employ whose idea is reflected is more enjoy his/her work than the one otherwise. This is mainly because of the face that if someone who has a good opinion and his/her employ is agree with that one, he/she feels being respected. It shall stimulate he/she to make more great ideas as well as have fun with employment. For example, when I was a worker of SAMSUNG, I was pleasant because my boss always listened to my thinkings. This is another reason of my content .
To summarize what I mentioned above, I wholeheartly believe that an wise leader should make an effort to hear great opinions of employees in order to make a great decision. The reasons are not only it improves the qulity of decion but also it makes the worker happier.
