Some people argue that people who have organized and neat room are not successful because their character is likely to be very picky. However, I strongly believe that people who have arranged and neat room is more successful than those who don`t because their personality will be organized so that they likely work perfectively and their room which is organized and neat help them work effectively
To begin with, people whose roomare arranged and tidy are so organized that they likely work perfectively. The room of someone tell us his or her personality, Therefore, If someone`s rooms is organized and neat, he probably pursue their works in company perfectly. For example, according to the survey conducted by the social institute of Harvard university, people who have arranged and neat room showed fifty percent higher work achievement in company than those who don`t. Also, they showed rapid promotion to higher rank than those who don`t. These results showed room arrangement is connected with work achievement and promotion in company.
On top of that, organized and neat room helps people work effectively. If someone`s room is messed up, he had difficulty finding the document I need for work. It leads them to work ineffectively. From my experience, I usually messed up my room when I work in company. I had problem finding the document in stacked documents and books and it makes me work ineffectively. One day, I arranged my rooms and set the room neat, so that I could work effectively.

In conclusion, I strongly assert that people who have arranged and neat room are more successful than those who don`t because organized characteristic of them reveled they so that they seem to work perfectly and their room which is organized and neat help them work effectively. Thus, it is better to make our room arranged and tidy !
