Learning ideas and concepts is more important that learning facts. A or D.
It has always been controversial whether learning ideas and concepts is more important than learning facts. However, I am pretty strongly against the idea that learning ideal theoris should be considered more important things than learning practical facts. The rational bases behind this are that learning facts gives us practicality and we should consider these two different learning ways together.
For one thing, learning facts is pragmatic. That is to say, it is evident that learning facts is more practical than learning ideas, which means that learning facts can be very useful. On the other hand, learning only hypothetic things could be useless especially when they are the ideas just for ideas. For example, a lot of great scientists have pointed out that their students occasionally make a mistake of trying to study ideas and concepts regardless of the facts.
On top of that, learning facts and learning concepts are not comparable. To put it again, it is useless to compare these two things since ideas and concepts are from facts. Theories are based on facts. And that means we should learn both two things at the same time to study appropriately. For instantce, when we study something, we should know the theories about it and we should be able to apply them to the real world.
All things considered, I believe that learning ideas and concepts is not more important that learning facts. To be specific, I have to admit that ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 여기서 짤렸네요 ㅠㅠ
