▶ Your Answer :
Many university students prefer to get a job in a large company, after graduation, because that company pays high salaries and provides good benefit packages. However, in small companies, not only that they also offer high salaries and good benefits, but also that they have more advantages, such as having ownership and bonding fellowship.
To start with, the members working in a small company have the ownership, because they treat overall works in the company. It is contrary to those in large companies, because they do as a part of works, and the range of works is limited. For example, I have two friends, one friend works in Samsung, which is the biggest companies in Korea, and another works in small companies. A friend working in Samsung just manages a part of sales department, but the another friend working in a small company manages overall works, including sales and accounting.
Secondly, the second advantage in a small company is that relationships between members are similar to the family. Since their organization is relatively small and only several employees work together, they take care of each other well. To be specific, they know the private life in other members, and look like old friends, because they spend almost time of a day together in their workplace. Thus, relationship between companions is quite important in our life.
All in all, a small company provides more benefits than a large company, such as having ownership and bonding fellowship. Thus, if I have an opportunity to choose between them, I will select to enter a small company. |
