People will have more time for leisure activity twenty years from now |
Many people have been debating the pros and cons of the idea that people will have more time for leisure activity twenty years from today. From my personal point of view, I strongly agree with the opinion that people will enjoy their life more with enough time and activities for the following reasons. Fascinating activity options from technological advancement will be provided and the extended life span will enable people to spend more time doing leisure activities. To begin with, technological improvements will provide people with more interesting activities for a leisure time. Unlike the old days, technology is developing rapidly on a daily basis that allows people to have more options for an enjoyable life. Because of this, people are apt to spend more time, sometimes even intentionally, to take an advantage of those arising improvements. Therefore, it is no wonder that newly interesting activities will intrigue people to spend more time searching for those aspects. For instance, a video conference can attract people with convenience of no space barriers. Because of this, those who do a video conference with others can do yoga or cook at the same time they do the online meeting. Also, with automatic cars that do not require a driver to drive can allow people to save time; they can either sleep or read books on the way to the destination. In this sense, by using those high-tech developments, people can relax and enjoy their life more than ever. Moreover, people will have more extended life span in the future. It is commonly known that people are willing to live longer and endeavor to find ways to promote their quality of life. To satiate their desire and trend, increasingly number of capable scientists invest on making advanced medical treatments in order to expand people's life span. Hence, it is quite obvious that with the ongoing study and investigation, people will have more time for entertainments. To illustrate, according to a survey released by the Korean National Research center, more than 75% of scientists and doctors have replied that making numerous medical treatments to extend a life span have been accomplished and have already affected a number of seniors. What is more, drawbacks on the medical treatments are dwindling every year and people from all ages are apt to get treated even from a young age. In fact, a study pointed out that more than thousands of the old people who went under treatments are living ever longer in a good shape. In this regard, the extended life span from high-tech medical treatments provide people with more leisure time and activities. |
