When you need to complain about a product you just brought, how will you complain to the company? Here, there are two types of choices you can do, writing method and complaining in person. Personally, I prefer to complain face to face since letters that you send can be ignored by a company, and it is too slow. Moreover, if you complain in person, you can express strongly how you feel.
Some people may prefer to write letters to complain companies, but it can be easily ignored. Most companies are very busy, so they have a lot of things to do, such as developing new products and promoting them, so they may not concentrate on checking mails. Therefore, the letter you send for complain can be neglected, moreover, it may finally be thrown away before it is checked out.
Furthermore, your letter takes at least 3 or 4 days to reach the companies. On the other hand, if you just dart into the company to complain, you can get there in a couple of hours. Therefore, you can solve your problem much quicker. From my personal example, when I was 20 years old, I brought a toy for my cousin. However, it didn’t work well, so I sent a letter for complaint. Unfortunately, at that time, there was heavy snow storm at my town for 7 days. Of course, the letter reached the company too late, so I couldn’t even return. If I had visited the company instead of sending the letter, I could have returned the toy, or money back.
Moreover, if you complain in person, you can express stronger because employee of the company can see your face while you complain. In addition, they cannot understand how much you are angry only through the letter; of course, they can guess, but it is not always true. However, by talking to them face to face, you can show exactly how you feel. In addition, you can expect their immediate actions.
All in all, I think that complaining in person is better for you since you don’t have to worry if the letter is ignored, and if it reaches too late. Moreover, you can express your feeling directly in front of the company. Don’t hesitate, I truly recommend you to complain in person. |
