Knowing how to read and write is more important than experiencing |
It is debatable whether reading and writing skills have more importance than experiencing. Some people say that experiencing is more significant because there is more impressive and realistic to learn what people want to obtain. However, I am against the idea that experiences offer us a lot of merits since the ability to read us requisite for obtaining information and capability to write is more important for communication in the global age. To begin with, the ability to read is required obtaining information. We are using the Internet and then can access on the web-sites page. The way to use the Internet is not first-hands experience but reading the web-site pages. To illustrate my point, this is the best example of the Internet shopping. I am utilizing the Internet to buy what I want to buy. I don’t need to go to the store since I can choose the product by means of using on the Internet so I can instantly purchase the product. Therefore, I think that having more importance is reading skills than experiences. Moreover, capability to write for communication in the worldwide is more essential than first-hands experiences. When we first visit a foreign country, we is requisite writing competence for communicating the foreigners in the country. This is because the competence can demonstrate correctly our thinks and minds. For instance, my brother would go usually to study aboard. He said that when he first visited a country, he was afraid due to the ability to speak. But, he had writing skills so they can communicate with the foreigners. Besides, it was more exact to express for his minds. As a result, I agree that knowing reading and writing competence is more essential than experiencing first-hand activities. In summary, I strongly believe that we need to know how to read and write is more significant since there is more importance in our lives as getting information and communicating with other people in the world. So I agree the opinion that writing and reading skills outweigh experiencing. |
