An inexperienced worker at a lower salary is better than an experienced worker at a higher salary? Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer. |
Some people say that new-comers provide the circumstance to fresh. However, this competitive era, the most skilled the best achieve as a professional worker. This is largely because the skilled ability to cope with the job with proficiency such as a documenting affair or making bookbinding is definitely useful not only for the accuracy but also saving time. First of all, experienced workers at a higher salary have a lot of experiences and practices related with affairs. On account of it, they are less likely to make a mistake. Even though their paycheck is expensive than inexperienced workers, experienced workers’ outcome can offset new worker’s spending money with revising their inappropriate mistakes along with cheap paycheck. For example, a recent survey announced that the mistakes from the skilled workers’ who are engaged in the same job more than ten years are almost less than three percent a year. Thanks to this accuracy as a worker, many companies can reduce their budget to correct employee’s mistakes. Another reason why I believe experienced workers at a higher salary is better than inexperienced workers at a lower salary it that they can save the time which can represent money these days. They are familiar with his or her practical work, so they have ability to calculate approximate time consuming. In my personal experience, when I worked as an intern in the architecture company, the time that I drew Auto Cad-drawing is almost three times than my senior co-worker who have worked for the years did. Also, the other trainee who is two years longer work than me was also slower than him. He controlled most of the left over jobs which should be submitted in a short time only his own hands. If he didn’t have any experiences in the same field, he could not adjust those of heavy works so quickly. As old saying showed, time is gold, in particular today’s busy-life in business field. In conclusion, I definitely believe that well-trained workers in spite of their higher salary are much more beneficial than a lower salary with new-comer workers. The rational behind this is that experienced workers can reduce time consuming and tend to make fewer mistakes. Companies should consider the other sides of the expenses not just as salary but including make-up payments or indirect costs. |
