Classmates have more influences than parents on a child's success in school. |
Most of children must attend to school classes in order to receive education for their promising future. In general, children are tend to be with their friends for most of their school hours. Despite they spend more time with their peers, I disagree with the statement that classmtes has stronger influence on child's success in school more than parents do due to their expctancy that motivates children to study eagerly and parents are who financially support to provide considerable education.
To begin with, children can be motivated by their parents expectation on their grades. It is an undeniable fact that people are more likely to make an effort when they are observed to avoid dissapointing whose they love. Therefore, many young children desire to be praised due to human nature. For example, my younger brother Jaime participated in a poem contest in order to bring some positive news for all familiy members. Jaime was motivated because of his supposition that if he win a prize, all of us was going to value his presence a lot more. However, weather he won a prize or not, he was really enthusiastic with this poem competition and it helped indirectly for his school works.
In addition, parents ability to advocate children financially is required in order to offer them better education. In these days, there are a huge amount of privet schools and incomparably better level of educations is offered. Overmore, cram schools are also ubiquitous in nowadays. Many children's performances in the school depend on their privet teachers and academies. For instance, according to the survey conducted by the University of Havard, it was proven that children who recieve expensive particular classes appart from school classes have better scores on their exams than those who don't receive.
To sum up, parents affection and attention are better ways to motivate them to study harder and their monetary support always help them in oder to increase their grades on report card. Furthermore, I strongly believe that parents influence can not be underestimated and it is more important than that of their peers in school. |
