[TOPIC] It is better to do one projects, and then begin to do another. |
Many people have been debating the pros and the cons of the idea that it is better to finish one task, and do another. From my personal point of view, I strongly agree with the opinion that handling task one by one is much better than doing many things at a same time. Since, handling many tasks at a time may confuse one’s mind as well as completing each task one by one allows them to arrange their time more effectively. To being with, dealing with much work at a same time may confuse people. Some people might assert that people are required to manage different kinds of jobs at single time in this modern society. However, completing a number of jobs together might deter their concentration and even makes them distracted. Thus, there is no wonder that people are requested to finish their consecutive tasks one by one. According to a survey recently released by The Korean National Research Center, more than two thirds of the surveyed students who have double majors responded that their overall grades are lower than others and even their expectation. They also mentioned that majoring two subjects at the same times severely lead them to be confused and distracted. Therefore, following two rabbits at the same time eventually end up having empty hands. In this sense, it is quite obvious that dealing with task one by one is much better than doing many things at the same time which could weaken people’ focus and mind-set. Furthermore, finishing each task one by one enables people to plan their schedule more effectively. These days, many people doing a variety of things in a certain amount of time by utilizing the advanced technology such as computers and vehicles. However, if they handle those jobs at the same time, they might have hard time to find the way putting their best effort on the project. Thus, putting one’s effort on a project and then doing another is mush beneficial than doing several things at the designated time. To illustrate, take my personal experience as an example. When I was in university, I used to participate in several clubs. However, not long before, I realized that it was hard to manage my schedule effectively on each club and even my passion was gradually faded away. Even worse, my university credits had been diminished. That is the reason why I decided to quit all of those clubs and focus more on academic performance. Needless to say, my credits had turned to get better and I was able to graduate in higher scores. In this context, there is no doubt that completing one job at a time keep you from scattering your fervor and energy. In brief, finishing one task at a time needs to be considered positively in term of promoting work efficiency and results. Covering a variety of tasks at a time would impede our perspective not only that but completing each task one by one allows them to plan their schedules more effectively. In general, I wholeheartedly believe that the very first thing that we should to now is admitting the importance of dealing one job at a time and than doing others as a first step to go up the society ladder. |
