As far as I can remember, people have been debating the pros cons of the statement that when we work, there are two ways. From my personal angle, I strongly agree with the above statement for the following two reasons. My main two points are as follow : after finishing one work, it is good to start the other work because we can more concentrate than usual not only that but also can achieve work by completling works.
Most of all, people who work are likely to do separatly. Of course, some people tend to work together with greed. However, there is no wonder that dividing works is more pay attention to operation. In addition, according to a survey recent released by the Korean National Research Center, more that two thirds of surveyed workers responded that the main reason for their focus of work is not simple reason but high efficiency. Thus, these acts can shorten time because we could work at a time. In this regard, there is no doubt that working independently rather than working at once.
As for the second part that I had explained earlier, I can get a taste of accomplishment by ending. If I work completely all together, maybe, I could feel fast. In my case, after I work at a time, it drop work's fulfillment. No matter how, working disjointly is one of the wise methods. What is more, in relation to this acts, I can motivate something naturally. For example, I have been feeling a motif whenever I work sharing. In this sense, working separatly can be much more effective that those of at a time.
In brief, distributing work need to be considered positively in terms of focusing and incentiviing. Obviously, most people know this manner that process separatly. It helps them more successful by laboring. In general, I wholeheartedly, believe that the very first thing we should to now is individual work among various working pattern as the workplace. |
