Eating at food stands or restaurants is
very convenient because cooking time is saved. Also, it some of the places serve
a very delicious food. Despite these strengthen, I prefer to prepare and eat
food at home for two reasons; relieving stress and managing nutrition.
First of all, I prefer to prepare food at
home because I can release my stress from work by cooking. A first step of
cooking is preparing food ingredients. One of the reason why I prefer to
prepare food at home is due to the first step, going to a market. A market has
a range of food and it stimulates my appetite. Also, whenever I go there, I
love to think what to cook today. It makes me feel happy. Last week, I had a
hard time to create an advertisement and I could not think creative ideas at
all. Thus, I decided to go to a market so that I can refresh myself. Although cooking
has a specific equation, sometimes it brings a better result with creativity on
food. Surprisingly, I came up with a new idea, so I could finish my work on
time.
Second, I prefer to eat at home because I
can manage my nutrition. I think that most of restaurants care more taste than
health, so it is hard to take care of my health. On the other hand, I can take nourishment
whatever I want. A few years ago, I was diagnosed as undernutrition. I needed a
particular vitamin from vegetables. It is hard to believe a description on
restaurant food, so I have started to cook since the diagnose. I realized that
I can actually eat whatever I want with proper vitamins.
In conclusion, preparing and eating food at
home have a lot of benefits, in particular those with relieving stress and managing
health. |
