Nowadays, it is increased that we are provided with many services, and the customers express each complain that make them feel angry and irritated. There are two ways in expressing their complains : Writing and talking. I prefer that than this, because that has more adventages.
By complaining in writing, people can relax theirselves. They make their mind calm down. So, they can transmit their requirement and the server accept it, and finally, the server can provide more comfortable and better services than those before. Do you know "The Win-Win Tactic"? It means that two men who have different opinions each other get each thing they wanted so that they can be satisfied. Complaining in writing has the respect of the Win-Win Tactic.
On the other hands, it has also advantages to complain in person. People can get angry and get a large amount of stress. Asyou know, stress, degree of feeling angry, is bad for people's health. The medical survey shows that stress make people's mental wild and even influence their body health.
Of course, there are some assets in complaining in person. For the afore-mentioned reasons, however, I prefer complaining in writing, but I would recommend that you make the choice which best fits your style.
