While
a majority of people take it for granted that it’s more desirable for
instructors to get paid solely based on their learners’ abilities toward
grades; others are strongly convinced that this is vitally unfair for the professors
at all. However, I totally disagree with the following statement; there exists
roughly two reasons and direct or indirect experience to explain my perspective
in many aspects.
First,
scores, students get through exams in their schools, are depending on their
aptitudes, but not the stringent management of the guides. No matter how basic
or fundamental tests and duties are given, some learners might go through a
range of quagmires with ease, whereas others can complete his or her tasks
faster with higher accuracy. In this vein, on account of the limited scope of
capabilities that students are aimed with, the control of a lecturer cannot be
an impetus for students to cast a glow in the area of their learning. For
example, I’ve seen one of my closest relatives, Kenny, was a schoolteacher in
an elementary school. Owing to the rule of the school that gaining salary as
for students’ records, he had to attempt to supervise his students. Once he
thought it was really profitable because none of the student was naught or
clumsy; it seemed that it was possible for them to get straight A’s. Though,
regardless of his expectation, he found some students lag behind gradually. As
time went by, most students got to become confused and lost all of their
passions toward their academic purposes. Thus, he would not able to earn any
money from the school.
Second,
the level of difficulty as to diverse subjects is distinct from one another; the
outcomes of subjects of the students’ grades will dissimilar respectively.
Thanks to the valued importance of major subjects, encompassing languages or history,
schools will offer students to recognize standard knowledge solely. By awarding
all the teachers equally without considering the areas they specialize in,
there may be remarkable imbalances among each instructors, making them
unsatisfied. Let me give an instance about my own experience. I’m a full time
student so that means I have to spend a great deal of time to converge on
studying only. Through facing many subjects, I identified that art-related
contents were much easier for me to grasp, and even memorize quickly. On the
other hand, I had to confront a number of trials and errors when I tried to
learn about math; most of the students in my class did terrible on every math
exam. Unfortunately, when it came to our school’s rule, it mentioned that all
teachers have to get paid concerning students’ grades. Therefore, my monitor, taught
me math, designed from the job of teacher in my school. It had been a big issue
for several months because he had never complained, always worked hard, but it
was humble.
To
sum up, there are many pros and cons referring to the topic. But in my case, I
have the utmost confidence to point out that for professors not to receive
touching students’ results plays a pivotal role in a lecturer to pave a wave to
step up the stair of success while getting a huge amount of personal
satisfactions in eclectic ways.
