▶ Your Answer : Some might say that playing video games is not a waste of time. However, others might argue that playing video games is hardly helpful for people. Because, they argue that video games have no practical value. In addition, it reduce real-life experiences. Therefore, I'm going to support this idea. I will discuss about this.
Firstly, video games are not so useful practically. That is because, there is no reward for being good at a video game. On the other hand, if someone did great job in work, there would be a praise or rewards for it. Besides, for example, a friend of mine spent a lot of time playing video games and he regretted a lot about it later.
Second, video games will limit effective experience in real-life. Since, time is spent on virtual experiences rather than on real-life experiences. In contrast, they do not spend time more for family or friends than that. Although, in particular, someone spent too much time playing video games. That's why, he had hardly had conversation with his family. Moreover, my younger brother does not talk a lot since he plays a video games.
To sum up, video games does not utilitarian activity in life. Furthermore, it restrict such experience from reality.
In this regard, I do not prefer playing video games. |
