When looking back the history, we can see a lot of method related to the education and especially the influence of Montessori education method is so enormous that many teachers have used this method even so far. As educational method has been developed, nowadays, among people the idea that the payment for teachers should be paid depending on the total amount of students' learning is debated. Although it might be true that if teachers are evaluated and paid according to how much their students learn, they will only focus on the total amount of learning resulting in the negative offshoot, as far as I know, however, by paying money evaluating teachers' ability to teach their children mass of materials teachers and even students also benefit from this suggestion. In this essay I briefly present two reasons to support my assertion.
First of all, by paying money according to the amount of class materials, teachers may have a passion for their classes. As from my experience, when I was a high school student, math teacher did not teach their students sincerely just showing the process of a question, however, after the new policy introduced, he had a passion for everything and the qaulity of the class is improved.
Secondly, if teachers teach their students with this method, since they make an effort to teach their students various and a lot of class materias, the range that they can teach is broader, that is, teachers can cover many subjects. According to the Ministy of Education, the result of opearting the policy where the payment is determined by the students learning quantity leads to positive result.
((First of all, the more contents of class students learn, the more opportunities to find their aptitude they can have. As from my experience, when I was in the 6th grade, in spite of the test of aptitude, I could not find my suitable aptitude but at the same time I could find my real aptitude by learning many subjects.)) |
