Among people there is an ongoing argument as to whether the more study students learn, the more pay teachers should have. Although it is true that if teachers earn lots of money with help of the students, they will only focus on the total amount of learning, as far as I know, it is the real valuable thing with which teachers can provide students. In this essay, I will briefly present two reasons to support my assertion.
First of all, if teachers teach their students a lot of learning materials, as time passes by, students can get more and various opportunities to choose essential knowledge. We can find the best example of this in the policy of my country, Korea. In Korea, the Ministry of Education encourages teachers to teach various and huge amount of learning materials to their students with the intention of finding the field which students choose by themselves.
Secondly, by paying according to how much students learn, teachers will have the passion. As from my experience, when I was a high school student, math teacher always gave a matter and made students answer in person, which was very ineffient way and students including me are reluctant to learn the class, however, with the new policy the math teacher have the passion for classes and naturally students also have the passion for the class.
In summary, taking into all these factors into account mentioned above, we can easily conclude that by paying depending on the total amount of learning teachers and students can have advantageous points.
