In today's rapidly changing world, people are exposed to a great volume of stress through their daily life. It is often said that stress is the most significant factor for a disease such as a headache, nausea and even fatal one like a cancer. Hence, getting out of stress would be one majour way to cure such illness. Having a bath and taking a break is often said to be very helpful relieving stress level.
First of all, bathing is conducive to releasing tension of muscles. People easily get stressed from their study, jos and relationships with others. These may lead to the stiffness of the muscle. Having a nice bath will contribute to solving this problem. For instance, a friend of mine suffered from serious rigidness of the body when returning home from the work. He consulted the doctor to treat this aberrant phenomenon and the doctor suggested that he should have a bath with warm water 30 minutes everyday. When he did so, he could feel the pain completely went away and he gets up stress-free every morning.
Moreover, taking a rest in a quite place is also very helpful to lower stress level. Since noise could bother people concentrating on what they try to do, it may make people feel more arduous. Thus, being segregated from noise will definitely be useful in releasing stress. After a stressful day, I lay on my bed turning off every appliance in my room include mobile phone in order to prevent myself from being exposed to any occasional disurbance. Then I daydream of the happiest moment of my life or imagine of me ten or twenty years forward. This kind of imaginations quite helps me feel better and motivates myself to do better in order to fulfill my dream that I have been dreaming of.
To sum up, ther are various ways to get out of stress and individuals feel differently toward each solution contingent on thier preference. However, taking a bath and having a break in a calm place is the most ultimate and fundamental ways to lower stress level because it categorically eliminates the grounds for stress. |
