Opinions might be different about the best way to improve health care is cleaning the environment or not. Obviously cleaning the environment is one of the most important things, but I believe that it is not the best way to care our health. I think that there are a lot of factors affect the state of health.
To begin with, one thing is wrong eating habits. Wrong eating habits can cause sort of diseases like diabetes or heart attack. According to the studies that conducted in medical field, spicy, salty, sugary foods, which are stimulating stomach, are not beneficial to us. Even though people already know this fact, they have difficulty in correcting their eating habits. A body needs a variety of nutrients. If we don’t obtain these essential nutrients for a long time, it makes a body weak enough to easily be attacked by virus or bacteria. For example, people, those who like spicy or salty dishes, are prone to feel stomachache and it can be developed to an ulcer or a cancer. In this context, fixing bad eating habit is one of the methods to increase our health care.
In addition, a bad living habit concerning sanitation has an influence on our health. One of the most common phrases from mothers is ‘when you come home, firstly wash your hands’. You can guess how important cleanness is by that phrase. Many bacteria and disease germ can be moved by hands mostly. So it is necessary and basic to wash hands after coming back home, but it is likely to fail to notice. Flu is one of the most common viruses that people are easily affected. But we also easily avoid catching a cold by keeping the hygiene.
All things considered, having an impact on our health more directly is not cleaning the environment but the following these factors. The things are wrong eating habits and bad living habits. So I argue that bad habits related to our health care should be changed for the first step. |
