There might be different opinions regarding whether being creativity results the best solution rather than planning carefully. Personally, I do not agree with the above statement. Because planning cautiosly is not only key role to be succeed but also is a step forward to be a trust-worthy person.
To begin with, living with organized plan is the most siginificant fact in order to be succeed. Of course, creativity is also important facet in today's competitive society. However, without the organization skills, people might be confused about what they do, and it will bring about failure. According to the survey, released by Korean National Research Center, more than two third of the succeed CEO groups mentioned that it is the planning habit which lead them to well-achived in their realm. Based on this study, succeed people are well-organized by jotting down their schedules on notebook and this process make people work more efficiantely without any mistakes. In this sense, there is no doub that planning skill brings about best result.
Moreover, planning skill is beneficial in terms of building a desirable social network. In today's society, people are bound and driven by hectic scheduels. Thus, they are easily forget about their schedules and what is next, include their appointment which plays a crucial role in social activities. In this sense, planning carefully prevent people to forget about their appointment or overlap their meeting time. For example, I used to have a lot of problems with time management whenever I meet people, so I had many troubles with my friends. However, since I strated to planning carefully my schedules, I had never any troubles in making appointment. Even more, I could have better relationship among my friends because they regard me as a punctual person. In this regard, it is obvious that organization skills not only broaden thier social network but give people impression of trusty person.
