It is often said that planning carefully at an early age is not the best way to preapare for one's future. Some people might agree with this statement because plans often change as an individaul's interest transforms. However, I disagree that planning in advance is not the best way to gurantee a promising future because early planning provides both the capaability of crisis management and the effetiveness of time consumption.
First of all, young people have a lot of time to prepare for good future. As one might expect, they think many difficuties such as an accident, a disease and a calamity in advance. Therefore they have many chances to save money for rainy day. For example, my friend, Hong Kil-Dong, registered whole life insurance in the elementary school. Recently, He recovered completely his serious illness, Stomach Cancer, through the best remedy in the Samsung Hospital, Korea's most famous hospital, due to whole life insurance. In contrast, Mr Kim Chul-Su in my neighboring house went to smaller house
with his family because he have no money to cure a disease from car accident.
Also, young people can spend time effectively. When they take a resolution to prepare for good future,
it is obvious that what they should do in the present coexist with what they should do in the future.
Therefore, they have to include doing in the future in their year plan, month plan and week plan.
For instance, according to Galup Laboratory, Korea's most famous polling firm, 70 percent of South Koreans Workers in their 40's had their own big house because they prepared for good future before 20 years. In their 20's, they spend two hours to get information related to stock, real estate and bond to make good money every day. In contrast, 30 percent of South Korean Workser in their 40s took an interest in buying good cars before 20 years.
In brief, I firmly believe that planning in one's youth give us securing the capaability of crisis management as well as consuming time effectively. All in all, preparing is core in good future. |
