It is often siad that travelling by one self is a meaningful choice to look ata wider view about the world. This is because one is able to have a flexible travelling schedule to visit many places. However, I believe that travelling with a companion can bring about many benefits for these two main reasons: increased ethusiasm and safety matters.
To begin with, travelling to overseas with friends or families can help each other ot double the enjoyment than traveeling alone. Although, solitary backpackers get the chances to tour around many places without distraction, they often do not collect enough information about their destinations. In comparison, group travellers usually gather up a wide range of important facts before their departure. Therefore, with the repleting source of shared ideas and facts, they are able to enjoy visiting many different tourist attraction sites which was difficult for one traveller to accomplish. For example, a few years ago, during my student gap year, I got an opportunity to visit Paris, France to broaden my perspectives aobut the world. In stead of building up of important lessons and memeories from the tour, I was left with nothing more than a couple of lonely looking self portraited photos. However, if I have hade a choice to travel with my friends, I am absolutely sure that I could make happy memories and obtain memeorable photos of many France's beautiful scenaries with my friends.
In addtion, safety issues are considered crucial when it comes to travelling overseas. This is because, many cases of theft occurs at tourism sites. Therefore, it is important that people should travel within a thightly connected groups. By doing so, the chances of being targeted by theives will be much lesser because every now and then, one of the members can secure their belongings. Also, even if one of the memebr's money is stolen, his or her friends can help him or her to travel safely back to homecountry with financial aid. According to a study conducted by Harvard University, it has shown that when a person is to travel to foriegn countries alone, he or she is widely exposed to dangerous theives, thirty percent higher value than for a group travel. This impliers that if people were to travbel alone, unprotected, they would find the tour very difficult to achieve, not to mention a lack of safety.
To conclude, it is wiser for ine to travel overseas with a group of companions than alone because of the reasons that a trip with friends can produce a life time memory of shared enjoyment and shield one from theives. All in all, with a saying goes, 'two heads are btter than one', implies that travelling should be a group activity for people for people to relate better and provide better security. |
