Today, the society where we live in are pointing out the importance of healthy life. As many people are dying of disease such as cancers, we easily can see many advertisements which contain information about staying healthy. There are a lot of way of being healthy but I prefer to something active. One of the active performances are joging in the morning, and doing yoga.
First of all, I spend my time to jog in the morning on a regular basis. It never costs and it is really convenient because whenever I want to jog, I can enjoy my excersie anywhere. Moreover, I can breathe fresh air in parks, which hardly found in my daily life. With the fresh feeling of the air, I relieve my stress and it allows me to improve of the ablility of processing works. From my own life, for example, after joging in early morning, I could do my tasks in completely at my works with pleasurable feelings.
Secondly, I prefer doing yoga. Yoga is veery famous among the Oriental nations. Yoga is consists of medidation and streching, which are very beneficial for everyone to stay healthy. Medidation is my favorite part of yoga because I can relax my mind and reflect myself on passiong days. What's more it is helpful for students to improve their concentration abilitiy. According to an article, a school where there are many students who are very depressing offered students yoga. The outcome was surprising. The studendts bacome more cheerful, and even got more high grades.
Lastly, I try to think positively as possible as I can. Thinking positive has tremendous power to improve bad conditions. For instance, there is a one boy who has no legs, and arems. Altough he is disabled, he tries to think positively and gives his love for others. After that, he could have not only a healthy mind but also good looking.
Talking all these into account, doing some excersise ,sush as joging and yoga, is important. Moreover, for keeping mental to be healthy, the positive perspectives are also needed. |
