In modern society, stress is one of the most serious problems regarding health. If stress is not handled properly, It will cause many mental and physical symptoms. Before it decays both mental and physical health, you can excercise regularly, you can also climb mountains during weekend, and you just can sleep deeply as long as you can. Those activities will relieve your stress and refresh your mind to work efficently and confidently afterwards.
Regular exercise will make you body stronger and stable. As you all know, when you exercise, specific chemical compound is released by your brain to relieve the stress invoked by the physical activity, and it has the same effect on you mental stress as well. Some says "Sound body, sound mind." Like this old cliche, Sound physical health condition prevent your body and mind from deteriorating by the stress.
Climbing mountains is almost always successful to refresh your mind and kick your stress out of your brain. You might need whole weekend to climb high mountain. The high mountain you climb, the more you can feel self-confidence. During climbing, the same stress relieving process of physical exercise works in your body. Moreover, the air in the mountain is clean and the smell of trees will surround you on the way to the top of the mountain.
If you are tired to do physical exercise such as running and climbing, you can choose to sleep deeply in your bed for a long time. long-time good sleeping will relieve both your body and mind from the stress.
In time to time, there are some people who have a trouble in sleeping. In that case, they can drink a cup of milk, which will help people to fall asleep well. After waking up from the long peaceful sleep, you might feel all the stress is gone and you can work you job as you wish.
In conclusion, though, there are a lot of other method to get the stress out of you, the former mentioned three activities are most efficient accroding to my experience. You can work out regularly, you can climbing mountains smelling the fume of trees, and you can just fall asleep for long hours. These activities will help keep your mind and body healthful enough to live your daily hardworking life.
