People do many different things to stay healthy. What do you do for good health? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
With the development of technology, the average life span has been increasing. However, there is no question whether living a healthy life matters more than just living longer. There are several ways to do for good health. In my case, I exercise regularly, be strict on my diet and try not to be stressed.
First of all, I do exercise on a regular basis. It is well known that physical exercise helps people to be in shape. Especially, exercising more than three times a week for no less than half an hour per a day is helpful. In my case, I play squash three times and go swimming for more than once in a week. In addition, I try to walk rather than to take buses when I visit a place near by. In sum, physically, I try to keep my health by doing exercise more than three times a day.
Secondly, I am strict on my diet for my good health. These days, there are many kinds of delicious food, but some of them are unhealthy. For example, fast foods such as hamburgers, chicken, pizzas are convenient to have, they contain high proportion of fat. What I try to do is to avoid those unhealthy food as much as possible. In addition, I take vitamin pills every day and have much vegetables not to be short of vitamin which is essential for my health but, at the same time, which is the most easily deficient nutrition.
Lastly, psychologically, I try to keep from being stressed. Recent studies have proved that psychological stress may do harm to physical health. Stressed people tend to be vulnerable to various kinds of diseases. Therefore, I try to think positive sides even when I encounter a tough situation. In that way, I can not only reduce stress but also easily find the way to solve the problems. Shortly, thinking better side of even negative problems helps to reduce stress, which, in turn, do good for my health.
As I mentioned above, I do physical activities regularly, eat healthful food and try to be less stressed to keep healthy. In that way, I seldom get sick and can lead an active life. Those ways I recommended above surely seems to work for good health.
