There is a Korean saying "Even if a work is light as a piece of paper, accomplishing the work together is better than when it is not." This is a saying that it is much easier when a group of people cooperate in a situation. Just like other people, I feel the importance of groups and organizations. Groups are beneficial in such ways as when people are making decisions. Also, when people are in a organization, they feel safe in a group. To start with, organizations are an important factor when it comes to choose a decision. Decisions chosen by a group is much powerful than an individual. When a person is in a situation that he or she has to decide what to do, he or she often struggle which is time consuming. Also, the judgement might not match with the other people. For instance, in a class, when students choose a site to go on a field trip, the class mostly decides by how many students raised their hands for going a certain place. Let's say there is a choice between an amusement park and a zoo. Even though some students desperately want to go an amusement park, if all the other picks a zoo to go on a trip, they cannot easily persuade the great number of people. Moreover, an organization can be a protection to many people in the group. As there is a saying "Many drops make a shower", people feel much safer when they are all together. In an American football game, the players often put their hands on the others' shoulder and run all packed together. One player cannot possibly beat players running together. Just as this football game, when a groups of people stand on one hand, it is hard to defeat the voices. In conclusion, a group is a important part in our lives since it is easier to decide. In addition, people in the group can feel the security. Therefore, I certainly believe that an organization is very beneficial to people's lives. |
